We have weekly events, book study series, one-off learning times, guest speakers, health/wellness themes, theology, prayer, and on and on. Something for everyone!
We are an ‘Affirming’ congregation, striving to provide a spiritual home that is openly welcoming, nurturing and safe whatever a person’s ability/disability, age, ethnicity, exceptionality, gender identity, sexual orientation, or social or economic circumstance
We have wonderful programming for children, youth, and young families!
Joyful Noise (Sunday School), Family Fun Nights, Tots on Tuesday, younger families socials, are among our offerings.
We acknowledge that our church is on the unceded land of the Anishinaabe, the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, and the Huron-Wendat. We are treaty people living in the region of the Williams Treaty.
We do an incredible amount of ‘outreach’ ministry in our community. It’s how we express God’s love in the world.
Bursary Fund
Your Faith United Council has established a student Bursary Award to assist our young people pursuing post-secondary education. If any of our church members or adherents, their children or grandchildren possibly qualify, please contact Rugh Goodfellow via the church office.
This year’s bursary committee is Ruth, John DeCoe , and newbie, Stacey Goodman. Welcome Stacey!
The Guiding Principles, Program, and application form are available on our website. This year, the completed applications are due by Oct 3, 2025.If you would like to make a gift or contribution to the fund at any time, please contact the church office or e-transfer to donations@faithunited.ca with a note for the Bursary Fund. You can also put a contribution into a sealed envelope with your name and “Bursary Fund” clearly printed on the outside of the envelop and place it on the offering plate at Sunday Worship. Contributions of any amount ($5, $10, $20, or more) would be much appreciated as support for our youth and to remind them that they are important to us.
